Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Adult Primary Care to join our growing team in Robbinsville, NJ. This position offers a balanced outpatient schedule, a blend of in-office and telehealth visits, strong mentorship, and no call responsibilities. Providers enjoy physician backup, seasoned APP mentorship, and dedicated medical assistant support.
Schedule & Workload
- 40 clinical hours per week
- Four 10-hour weekday shifts with one weekday off each week
- Rotating Saturday coverage approximately every 4 to 6 weeks
- Average 2.0 to 2.5 patients per hour, approximately 20 minutes per patient
- No call responsibilities
- Initial 4 to 6-week training period at the Hamilton office
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive adult primary care, preventive care, and sick visitsEvaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditionsConduct both in-office and telemedicine visitsCollaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and APP colleagues to coordinate careUtilize M-Modal dictation and / or scribe support to maintain efficient documentationPractice independently while recognizing when to collaborate or escalate careDeliver compassionate, patient-centered care with excellent bedside and webside mannerQualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency MedicineActive New Jersey APRN License, CDS, and DEAStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsComfortable with EMR systems and telehealth platformsTeam-oriented mindset with leadership qualitiesMust pass background, reference, and malpractice checksCompensation & Benefits
