Key Responsibilities of the CT Technologist :

Perform high-quality CT imaging studies following physician orders and department protocols

Operate CT scanners and related equipment safely and effectively

Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and accuracy

Administer contrast materials when required and monitor for adverse reactions

Maintain detailed documentation, imaging records, and patient information

Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

Follow all radiation safety standards and hospital policies

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience

ARRT (CT) certification required

Valid West Virginia state license or eligibility

Strong technical skills and understanding of CT imaging procedures

Ability to work independently during night shifts

Excellent communication and patient care skills
