Job descriptionLooking for Endo RN 5 8 hour shifts, Mon-Fri. Hours are 7am-3 : 30pm. On call requirements are 1 day a week from the end of shift at 3 : 30pm-7 : 00am. And one 48 hour weekend call every 4-5 weeks, depending on staffing 7 : 00am Sat till Mon 7 : 00am. Need to be able to circulate and assist during procedures. Scope reprocessing is a plus but not required Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration. Attestations not allowed. Needs to be rerun every 2 years with RN license renewal & upon expiration. Temporary Licenses are NOT accepted – must have a valid permanent license. Clinical Only : Skill specific required to be complete within 1 year prior to start. Only needs to be done once upon initial hire. This is not an annual requirement. Competency Exams for the relevant department. Must score at least 80%. To be complete within 1 year prior to start. Copies of exam required. Attestations not allowed. 80% passing score required, Completed within 1 year prior to start. HIPAA, Joint Commission-NPSG, OSHA Topics. CORE 1, 2 and 3 must be uploaded. Attestations not allowed. Only needs to be done once upon initial hire. This is not an annual requirement. 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm. On call requirements include 1 day a week from 3 : 30 pm to 7 : 00 am and one 48 hour weekend call every 4-5 weeks. Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form. Preferred, not required. Physical Exam completed within one year of initial start date. Needs to be a Pre-Employment exam statement signed and must state that traveler is able to work without restrictions. Attestations not allowed. This is not an annual requirement.
