Hematology / Oncology Locums Job in Indiana 1-2 Weeks / Month Beginning March 2026 - Early November Assignment

Beginning March 2026 through early November

1-2 weeks of coverage per month

Monday-Friday schedule (some flexibility)

Shift Description

8 hours on-site clinical coverage daily

2-3 hours hospital rounding; remainder in clinic

Call responsibilities : inpatient census 4-6 patients / day

Call Details

Inpatient rounding and clinic coverage as described above

Requirements

Active Indiana license and Indiana DEA (or transferrable for assignment duration)

Board Certified in Hematology / Oncology

Ability to start as soon as credentialed

Knowledge of NCCN guidelines

Emergency response skills for medication side effects

Ability to create chemotherapy treatment plans

Additional Information

EMR : Epic

Patient Volume : inpatient 4-6 patients / day

Support Staff : Medical Assistant & RN / Nurse Navigator
