Job descriptionSalary plus commission / bonus PTO Life Insurance Flexible work schedule. Growth potential / Opportunity for advancement within my office Licensing renewal cost paid by agency. Off-site team building events. Provided food & snacks in-office. Birthday celebrations off-site. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations. Sales experience preferred. Comfortable communicating with clients via phone, email and text. Ability to effectively relate to a customer. Property & Casualty license required within 30 days of employment. Life & Health license required within 45 days of employment. Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
