Job descriptionDesign, develop, implement, test, document, and deliver large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software applications using multi-threaded and distributed programming in Java, React Native, SQL, and object-oriented design patterns, including mobile development for iOS and Android Gather and analyze business and functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications for scalable, supportable solutions within the overall system architecture Own the delivery of entire systems or applications and serve as the technical lead on complex projects following best engineering practices Produce comprehensive and usable software documentation Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation and travel for onsite troubleshooting or project launches
Pay rate range - $75 / hr. to $78 / hr. on W2
Schedule - Hybrid
Qualifications –
- MS in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- One year of experience in the job offered or related occupations such as Software Engineer or Software Developer
- Experience involving multi-threaded and distributed programming in Java; familiarity with mobile development and React Native is a plus
- Experience with JDBC, SQL, and object-oriented design and patterns
- Availability for 24x7 on-call support rotation, once every 6 weeks from Tuesday to Tuesday
