What You'll Do :

• Oversee operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and Cluckin' Fresh Quality —only the best, never frozen chicken.
• Develop strategies to boost sales and control costs , creating Fun & Flavorful Experiences for every guest.
• Lead and mentor a team of 20-30 employees, including 3-4 Assistant Managers, fostering a culture of Southern Hospitality .
• Ensure top-tier guest experiences with fast, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Recruit, train, and grow team members, helping them spread their wings within the company.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and financial goals while owning your store's success.
• Lead by example through punctuality, professionalism, reliability, and accountability , ensuring the highest service standards.
• Create an atmosphere where a smile goes for miles , making work fun while ensuring excellence.
• Take full responsibility for operations, upholding Crispy Creativity in menu execution, guest experience, and team development.
