As a Registered Nurse, you will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards and policies.

In this role, you will assess patient needs, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate care effectiveness, involving patients and families in the process. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments based on patient assessments.

Focus on patient safety and risk reduction while fostering effective communication and teamwork. You will have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities.

Licenses & Certifications

Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Functional Experience

Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
