Job descriptionRole : Behavior Specialist or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred; Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) considered Duration : Immediate start through May 21, 2026 Schedule : Part-time or full-time options available Setting : K-12 school environment with direct student interaction Number of Openings : 1 Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans aligned with individualized student goals Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective strategies for behavioral support Conduct assessments and data collection to inform and adjust interventions Participate in team meetings and contribute professional insights to support student success Maintain up-to-date licensure and documentation as required for service delivery BCBA certification preferred; RBT credential acceptable with supervision considerations Valid BCBA or RBT license must be presented upon application Experience working within school settings and knowledge of K-12 behavioral needs Strong communication skills and ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering positive behavioral outcomes in students Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student development Flexible scheduling options to accommodate part-time or full-time engagement Supportive onsite environment with access to school resources

Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
