Lead Instructor

Lead Instructor Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred.

Prior experience working with children is required.

Must pass a background check.

Lead Instructor Preferred Background & Skills

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.

Experience with various art techniques and mediums.

Strong child behavior management skills.

Lead Instructor Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Plan and develop engaging art activities in line with the organization’s offerings.

Communicate and present activity content to the manager for approval.

Lead and instruct children in various creative art activities at onsite and offsite locations.

Prepare materials and set up activities in a timely manner.

Provide excellent customer service to children and families during events.

Maintain a clean and organized activity area throughout sessions.
