A General Surgeon is needed for a locum opportunity in Mississippi, providing surgical call coverage at a level IV trauma center. We are looking for a General Surgeon for our latest Locums opportunity in Mississippi. They will be making an offer by Monday July 6th in order to credential in time for a July 31st start.

Location : 30 minutes from Jackson, MS

Start : July 31st - Ongoing

Shift : 2 Weekends of call coverage per month, clinic only for post-op follow up

Scope : In House General Surgery call coverage, Vascular experience would be a plus. They are tentatively looking for 2 weekends per month, but coverage could increase to every weekend. Clinic would be for post op follow up visits only.

Facility : 321 bed level IV trauma center using Cerner / Athena EMR

Prefer - Mississippi License or IMLC / Compact License, Board Certified or truly Board Eligible required
