How youll contribute

• Assist patients with performing activities of daily living
• Provide or assist with providing patient care diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities
• Report on changes in physical mental or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Suggest modifications to treatment plan as needed
