Travel Nurse RN - Progressive Care Unit - $1,752 per week in Orangeburg, SC

Job Title : Stepdown ICU Registered Nurse Profession : Registered Nurse Specialty : Stepdown Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night Hours per Shift : 12 hours (6 : 45 PM - 7 : 15 AM) Experience : 1 year required, 2 years preferred License : State nursing license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certifications : BLS and NIHSS required. ACLS and CPI preferred Must-Have : Epic experience required, Tele competency required, Cardiac Telemetry experience required Description : The position is for a Stepdown ICU Registered Nurse. The shift is three nights per week, working 12-hour shifts. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1 : 4. Every other weekend commitment is required. The traveler may need to float between like units to meet facility needs. Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience are required. First-timers are accepted. Certifications in BLS and NIHSS are mandatory. Preferred certifications include ACLS and CPI. Epic experience and Telemetry competency are required. Cardiac Telemetry experience is essential. Previous charge experience and community hospital experience are preferred. Travelers should note that during hurricane season, assignments may include emergency response duties. All required time off must be included at the time of submission. Candidates must be prepared to meet pre-start compliance on time.
