Purpose : The Field Marketing and Engagement Intern is a paid internship position that supports the successful Brand Activation and the execution of the field marketing roadmap at their designated account. Though collaboration with the Field Marketing team, they create and execute social communication, marketing campaigns, promotions, and interactive events to reach target goals. This position assists the account leader with creative requests and understanding market trends and data to help influence decisions that drive desirable results. This position also promotes engagement with the campus community through digital connections and live events.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Activation

• Partners with Field and Center Marketing partners to activate interactive marketing and, promotional activities (pop-ups, demos, tastings, etc.) and successful sales campaigns within a budget.
• Works with on-site management team to develop effective unique marketing campaigns and communications that meet critical campus community needs.
• Coordinates execution and interaction of social media strategy, designed to engage and inform target audiences.
• May create physical and digital marketing materials aligned to brand specifications to promote engagement on campus and on social media platforms.
• Uses insights from industry trends and feedback data to influence decisions that will drive targeted outcomes.

Qualifications

Start Date & Hours : This role is during the school semester. 10-20 hours per week, as agreed upon with supervisor, carried out over a minimum of two days per week. Schedule is flexible to accommodate class schedules and other on-campus commitments.
