FT RN Base Pay : $37.85 / hr

  • Experience Bonus : Earn an additional $3.00 / hr if you've been licensed as an RN for 5+ years (FT & RPT).
  • FT / RPT Shift Differentials RN : 2nd shift $4.00 / hr, 3rd shift $2.50 / hr, Weekends $3.00 / hr.
  • PRN Rates : Starting at $43.27 / hr-$50.45 / hr. (1,000 / hour anniversary year position / not benefit eligible)
  • Rewarding Weekend Program (PRN) : $54.87-$58.23 / hr every Saturday & Sunday, with 8-hour shifts and holiday requirements.

  • Rates are Fixed Compensation

    • Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide resident care activities to residents who reside in the County of Lehigh skilled nursing facilities.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
  • Develop individualized care plans in conjunction with other healthcare personnel.
  • Update medical providers and residents' representatives with changes in status and care needs and document in residents' record.
  • Coordinate care with residents and their families.
  • Oversee the performance of nurse aides and support staff.
  • Help bring joy to the residents in the healthcare environment.

    Qualifications :

  • Current & Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in PA.
  • Education equivalent to graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Strong clinical skills & the ability to assess and prioritize patient needs.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
