Job descriptionAcne, psoriasis, and skin cancer. Skin cancer screenings and patient education. Regular clinic visits and dermatologic surgeries. Board certification in dermatology is required. Salary Range : $306,000 - $400,000 per year. Regular salary increases and annual performance bonuses. Generous paid time off : 50-55 days (including annual leave, sick leave, and federal holidays). A three-tiered Federal retirement program with significant contributions. Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and long-term care insurance. Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. At the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System , you’ll provide expert medical and surgical care for skin, hair, and nail conditions, all while serving our nation's veterans. About the Role
As a Dermatologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch dermatological care while ensuring compliance with the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include :
- Providing expert consultations and treatments in our outpatient Dermatology Clinic.
- Performing necessary procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
- Offering teledermatology services for quick access to expert opinions.
- Collaborating closely with Dermatology Residents, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants.
- Participating in quality assurance programs and presenting at local conferences.

Work Schedule
Your work hours will be Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM , allowing for a balanced work-life experience.
