Family Practice Opportunities 2 hours from Chicago and Indianapolis!!

Hospital seeks to employ 3 BC / BE Family Medicine physicians to join hospital affiliated practice, Medical Group, to practice in established offices in South, South West, and North West (rural) regions of the Fort Wayne community. No ER call is required; some practice call; outpatient only or traditional family medicine optional. OB is also optional.

• Hospital bylaws require board certification within 5 years of completing residency.
