Within Professional Services in our Bank Solutions Business, you will have the opportunity to partner with key business stakeholders to ensure predictable, consistent, and successful project delivery. You will focus on planning, coordinating, and monitoring large-scale scope and budget projects. Previous experience with client-facing projects that span multiple business units or functional areas is deeply valuable.

What you will do :

• Provide a holistic view of the overall project to the organization and all stakeholders
• Define the overall scope by building and maintaining a consolidated timeline
• Identify and communicate dependencies and impacts to ensure ongoing control
• Define governance, outline roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and critical issue paths
• Ensure success criteria are defined upfront to promote alignment and actively lead to expected outcomes
• Actively communicate progress on an ongoing basis, ensuring visibility throughout the lifecycle
• Facilitate alignment and approach for all related Fiserv business areas to meet One Fiserv objectives

Salary Range $100,000.00 - $165,600.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
