Client Team Lead

A company is looking for a Client Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production and ensure client delivery SLAs are met

Provide coaching, training, and development to staff to meet goals and KPIs

Review and respond to client inquiries and escalate loan review issues as needed

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage underwriting or quality control

At least 2 years of supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of underwriting guidelines and ability to perform second level reviews

Experience with Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with USPAP standards and supplemental valuation products
