Requirements :

WI license

1 year of experience

Must have acute care experience and comfort with complex patients

Must have experience with drips

AHA BLS

Prior travel experience preferred

Other Details : First to float, within med-surg units; out of med surg only for observer need or helping hands / tasking (floating done in 4 hour increments)Nurse : Patient Ratios : Day / Eve 1 : 4-5 Noc 1 : 6 this is our model poss (uncommon) higher if working short 1 : 7Charting System- CernerMust be living within 80 miles of the facilityommon diagnosis / Types of patients : Oncology / hematology; general medical; gi bleed; PE / DVT; sepsis; chf &copd; pneumonia; FTT; weakness; etc.
