At Hand and Stone Mechanicsville, VA we are an independently owned and operated spa, with the national brand awareness of a leading company in the wellness industry.

The ideal spa manager candidate is goal oriented and growth minded with a proven background in sales management, spa operations, and customer service.

Spa Manager performance will be based on the following metrics :

• Spa Growth including but not limited to membership conversion
• Brand Awarenessconnecting with the local community and schools
• Team Developmentare you able to train and grow your team?
• Gift card salesbe comfortable selling during the holidays
