Regional Sales Manager, Food Retail Refrigeration
Danfoss, a global leader in HVAC / R, Industrial Automation, and Motion Controls has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager in its Food Retail business segment. This individual will be responsible for growing sales and market share across existing accounts and generating new business with new accounts. They will have end to end responsibility of sales pursuits. Key responsibilities will include working across all departments including senior leadership at out existing and new customers. Critical skills will include leverage resources across the organization to secure opportunity wins. This is a fully remote position. Ideally, you'd be located in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas or Louisiana. We will not offer sponsorship or relocation for this position.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Develop a comprehensive account plan for growth
- Develop new business at existing key accounts
- Develop new business at non Danfoss accounts in their designated region
- Develop relationships at C-suite level with existing and new key accounts
- Participate and engage in monthly business dialogue meetings
- Communicate internally with all stakeholders on business requirements for growth
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Danfoss value proposition
- Manage and maintain a quality opportunity pipeline in Salesforce
The ideal candidate possesses these skills :
Bachelor degree in Business / Sales or equivalent experienceMore than five years of sales experienceStrong business acumenC-Level management experienceUnderstanding of the Food Retail, Energy Management, and HVAC / R industriesCapacity to work with and thru others in a matrixed organizationSalesforce or equivalent experienceStrong communication and negotiation skillsGood command of the English languageAbility to travel up at 60%What You'll Get from Us :
