Join Restoration 1 of Huntington Beach as an Executive Assistant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional restoration services while ensuring smooth operations within our office.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external communications.
  • Coordinate office activities and events to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Assist in project management tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Handle correspondence and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Support financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and staff, promoting effective communication.

    • Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

    Compensation : $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
