🎯   Benefits

RRT needed for day shit which is 6a to 6p. We are fairly rural, so we need a versatile RT. We have adult ICU and med surge. The RT's also attend all C-sections and high-risk delivery's. The RT's need to be comfortable with Bipap, Ventilators, Vapotherm and basic therapy. There are only two RT's per shift so they split the hospital.
