Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 + 10% Bonus

Your Impact as Florida Director of Property Management

In this role, you will :

Sales & Marketing : Lead lease-ups; oversee online and on-site marketing; monitor Google Ads and reviews

NOI & Asset Management : Implement value-creation initiatives; enforce asset management plans; maximize lease and renewal trade outs

Leadership & Operations : Recruit and mentor managers; oversee maintenance; build strong teams and communities; support new developments

Financial Oversight : Assist with budgets; review financials; control costs; track NOI and DSR; manage vendor contracts

Compliance : Ensure compliance; interpret regulations and laws; enforce company policies

Qualifications

Required :

• 5-8 years of regional multi-site property management experience
• Strong financial reporting and asset management knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Ability to travel to Florida properties
• Kindness and a servant-leadership approach
