Core Responsibilities
1. Multi-Channel Campaigns & Digital Marketing
- Execute integrated campaigns across email, social, web, and paid media
- Grow and manage Company social media aligned with marketing goals
- Build and optimize email marketing via HubSpot
2. Content Development & Brand Strategy
Create engaging, audience-specific content across platformsMaintain and enhance the website with a user-centric approachSupport digital advertising and paid media in collaboration with agencies3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze KPIs using HubSpot and Google AnalyticsRefine messaging and tactics based on data, trends, and market insightsDrive lead generation and boost brand visibility4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Product Management and external agencies to support product launches and marketing collateralQualifications
Required :
3–7 years in marketing, digital strategy, or content marketingBachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fieldProven ability to manage end-to-end campaignsExcellent writing and communication skillsExperience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a must)Comfortable working across sales, product, and regulatory teamsPreferred :
Experience with corporate social media and email marketingFamiliarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and paid mediaBackground in B2B, OEM, or medical device marketing (a plus)Key Strengths
