Compensation : Commission-Only + BLOKP Co-Founder Allocation

Role Overview

We are seeking a licensed Managing Director of Capital Formation to lead accredited‑investor acquisition for the BLOKP token sale under a Reg D 506(c) structure. You will operate as the senior capital markets arm of the company, sourcing investors, running calls, presenting the model, and closing commitments with full general solicitation authority.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard accredited investors for the BLOKP token sale
• Conduct intro calls, investor presentations, and follow‑up sequences
• Communicate the Blok Party model, token structure, and SAFT mechanics with clarity and confidence
• Guide investors through verification, subscription, and funding
• Maintain strict compliance with SEC and FINRA requirements
• Track commitments, maintain accurate reporting, and communicate updates
• Coordinate with founder and legal on capital strategy
