Job descriptionInstall and configure software and hardware (desktops, laptops, servers, etc.) Manage networks, servers and technology tools Set up accounts and workstations for users in the organization Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter Monitor performance and health of systems and maintain them according to requirements Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution Requirements not available

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Good knowledge of different operating systems, networks (LAN, WAN, firewalls) and databases
- Good knowledge on Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Microsoft Applications, VPN, etc.
- Familiarize with system security, virtualization, data backup and recovery and patch management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Certifications in MCSA, CCNA, and Azure, along with Network course, will be an added advantage
- Work from home and best in the industry salary
