SUMMARY
The Manager of Physician Services is responsible for driving growth through management and administration of Physician Services recruitment marketing strategies. The position requires strong communication, organization, project management, and analytical skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
- Develop and execute marketing outreach strategies, including email campaigns, website management, social media campaigns, and events, to build brand awareness and attract nephrology candidates.
- Oversee all aspects of event management for physician services, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Attend on-site and virtual fellowship outreach events and national industry conferences to oversee event plan, generate leads and maintain connections with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM / Salesforce records for tracking marketing activities and contact information. Assist with contracts and invoice maintenance, prepare various physician services reports regularly.
- Utilize external CRM sources, online sources, and social media to identify prospects and verify data.
- Monitor and report on marketing trends and the effectiveness of initiatives to measure return on investment.
- Manage recruitment advertising, including writing job advertisements, securing contracts with industry platforms, and maintain ad rotations, budget and tracking.
- Build and maintain relationships with nephrology fellowship staff to increase exposure and generate leads.
- Assist in the creation of sourcing strategies and implementation plans that define how the physician services team will identify and attract active and passive nephrology candidates.
- Provide feedback to improve recruitment processes, procedures, policies, and techniques.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills to interact positively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Employ project management principles to independently manage assigned projects.
- Participate in team concepts and promote a team effort; perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
