Overview :

We’re seeking a Lock Box Extractor to join our onsite operations team in Albany, NY. The role focuses on gathering and verifying data from internal applications and consolidating it into designated documents with precision and accuracy. Strong attention to detail and consistency are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Locate and extract data from internal software applications, consolidating information into a master document.
• Verify data accuracy through quality checks and comparisons across systems.
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring consistency in all housed documentation.
• Follow all established company and departmental policies and procedures.
• Cross-train in related areas (keying, reassociation, data entry) to provide team coverage as needed.
