Job Title : Video Editor

Key Responsibilities :

Create 30-second to 90-second social media reels from captured video content, and market on various social media channels as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter / X, etc.

Edit the CEO’s Podcast guest appearances. This includes learning to market the content on a national scale.

Work with CEO, Director of Technology, Sr. Manager of Growth, and Media Relations Specialist to learn and participate in the coordination of digital marketing initiatives.

Adhere to all project deadlines and communicate well with the team.

Work as the company photographer and videographer to capture photo and video content.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s).

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Edit and publish internal training, recruitment, and monthly employee highlight videos.

Stay versed in the latest technology and marketing trends, including website analytics and data analysis tools.

Must be available at least ~1 night per month to capture photography & video for company & CEO social events including galas, private parties, and Entrepreneurs’ Organization events.

Target KPI’s :

Target of 6 new video reels produced per week.

Target of 1-2 Podcasts edited and produced per month.

2 new video recordings per month capturing company Trainings.

1 new video per month highlighting the Employee of the Month.

1 new custom video produced per month to follow industry trends on praising the company’s growth, culture, or hiring efforts.

Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Field & Video Production or a related field highly preferred – May be open to non-degreed with proven experience.

Prior experience capturing video content and editing / producing a Business Podcast preferred.

Proven working experience in digital marketing, including video production, graphic design, and social media marketing.

Highly creative with experience in bringing projects to life and managing to completion.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Comfortable interacting with high-level executives.

A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm.

Meticulous self-starter eager to tackle new projects.

Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Prior experience in social media influencer marketing, a plus.

Compensation : Competitive Base Salary based on skills & experience level, plus eligibility for performance related bonuses.

Equipment : We will provide a company issued laptop, monitors, podcast recording studio, cameras, and video production equipment.

Probationary Period :

All employment opportunities with Encore Search Partners will begin on a Probationary Period of 90 business days from the start of employment during which the employee’s performance and suitability for Employment will be monitored by Encore Search Partners. Encore Search Partners may, at its discretion, extend the Probationary Period for up to 30 additional days. During the Probationary Period, performance and suitability for continued Employment will be monitored.
