Job Title : Nursing Assistant / Caregiver (Day Shift)

Location : Nagel Assisted Living - Waconia, MN and Elmore Assisted Living - Elmore, MN

Schedule : Full-Time Day Shift (6 : 00am -2 : 30pm) + Every Other Weekend

Pay : $18-$24 / hour + Annual Bonus Potential + $1.00 Weekend Differential

We seek caregivers committed to delivering the highest quality care, ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued.

Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Responsibilities :

• Resident Care : Provide exceptional care to our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.
• Personal Assistance : Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as ambulation, transfers, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Environment Maintenance : Ensure our community remains a friendly, safe, and welcoming home for all residents.
• Observation and Reporting : Monitor residents' health and behavior, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Companionship : Offer emotional support and companionship, enhancing the residents' quality of life.
