General Duties and Responsibilities :
Receive and confirm receipt of homeowners requestsMake initial contact with homeowners and schedule inspection appointmentsEvaluate homeowners repair issues to determine if they are warrantable items; communicate effectively if they are not warrantable itemsDevelop and maintain good rapport with contractors and ensure quality workDeal with the customer and subcontractors on a daily basis to ensure that the customers concerns are addressed in a timely and professional mannerSchedule and supervise trade partner repairs in homes after delivery to homeownerAssess routine warranty claims and follow through to completion all service requests within 18 daysProvide accurate and timely information to Area Manager / Warranty Coordinator on progress and scopes of workMaintain positive homeowner relations, provide homeowner with knowledgeable, timely and professional serviceEvaluate trade partner and product performance; provide ongoing information to Area Manager as it relates to quality of workmanship and materialsWork with Area Manager on special projects as neededParticipate in and attend department meetingsKeep accurate service request logs and documentation of all work performedQualifications :
High school diploma or equivalentCustomer service orientedStrong organizational and time-management skills; able to multi-taskPositive attitudeGood scheduling and follow up techniquesIntermediate to advanced PC and Microsoft Office product skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess professional attitude to represent company in a positive mannerExemplary record of attendance and punctualityValid Drivers License and proof of state required auto liability insurance
