In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the Bank's operations, from managing a book of c li ent r e l a ti on s h i ps wit h ad m i n is t r a t i v e and r e l a ti on s h i p m anage m ent r e s pon si b il it y , having dec isi on m ak i ng au t ho r i t y r ega r d i ng c li ent account m anage m en t involving complex and sensitive personal, business, tax and investment matters , and having expectations of identifying and closing additional trust and / or investment management services relationships. This person will be accountable for the retention of their portfolio of Trust, Estate, Agency and Individual Retirement Account (IRA) accounts and the delivery of exceptional fiduciary services and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver quality service to a book of trust clients through a proactive contact process based on defined standards of service.
• Support business development by generating and building new client relationships.
• Manage client account administrative needs and investment portfolios in line with standards set by department policy and procedures, account documents, South Carolina statute, Federal regulations; the client's investment objective and investment committee's guidelines.
• Maintain current understanding of bank and department policies and procedures, and regulations as they relate to Fiduciary issues and communicate information to Trust team
• Be a resource for bank employees in complex trust prospect situations.
• Participate in both the new account acceptance process as well as closing processes as required.
• Assist in the audit and examination process and coordinate any required responses.
• Participate in Trust Investment Committee and Trust Administrative Committee.
• Maintain current understanding of regulations as they relate to Fiduciary and Investment issues.
• Represent the Organization by being active in the community by actively participating in service organizations, community activities, etc. to promote a positive organization image and to generate leads for the new business efforts.

Thornwell Dunlap Jr., to identify specific charitable needs and to distribute funds to selected organizations on a yearly basis. Since 1990, the Foundation has contributed more than one million dollars to a wide variety of local civic, educational and cultural programs, including the establishment of several college scholarships and endowments.

In addition to the Foundation's contributions, Countybank employees spend thousands of volunteer hours in their communities. Currently, more than two-thirds of the associates at Countybank volunteer with local charitable and civic organizations.
