Thompson Palm Springs is recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the hotel's F&B leadership team. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will support all food and beverage outlets within the hotel operated by Hyatt which will include :

• Lola Rose, Grand Mezze- three meal restaurant & lounge
• In-Room Dining- Offering breakfast, lunch & dinner
• Pool food and beverage service

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will :

This is an exempt (salaried) role. The budgeted salary range for this position is $66,560 to $78,000. This is the pay range for this position that Thompson Palm Springs reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience, and education.

Full Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule

Previous Assistant Restaurant Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or supervisory experience preferred

Proficient computer knowledge, including working knowledge of point of sales systems

Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized, have strong leadership skills and possess a strong food and beverage knowledge.

Must possess the following strengths : high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and effective in providing exceptional customer service
