Step A : $43.7957 Hourly ($91,095)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduation from an accredited law school -AND- a member of the State Bar of Michigan in good standing;

One (1) of the following : Judicial clerkship experience, Internship / Externship experience, Law School Clinic Experience or Moot Court Team Experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduation from an accredited law school -AND- a member of the State Bar of Michigan in good standing;

Three (3) years' experience as a lawyer;

Two (2) years' experience as a Prosecuting attorney;

One (1) year experience as a prosecuting attorney -AND- one (1) year combined experience as a judicial clerk and prosecution internship / externship.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduation from an accredited law school -AND- a member of the State Bar of Michigan in good standing;

Eight (8) years' experience as a lawyer conducting complex litigation with at least 10 jury trials or 25 bench trials or 20 oral arguments in the appellate courts;

Five (5) years' experience as a prosecutor with at least 10 felony jury trials or a combination of 10 misdemeanor jury trials and 25 bench trials or 15 oral arguments in the appellate court;

Twenty (20) years' experience in a Prosecutor's Office.
