Job Summary

Lead Employee : Patient Financial Experience and Patient Access, making a systemwide impact. In this executive‑level role, you will develop and execute high‑impact strategies across centralized scheduling, financial clearance and insurance authorization, financial counseling, customer service, and access optimization. Your leadership will reduce revenue leakage and improve the patient experience through operational excellence and system innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and strategic leadership for the Patient Access Services organization.
• Communicate and build strategic relationships with staff, faculty, physicians, and senior executive leaders.
• Develop and manage performance metrics to reduce revenue leakage and improve patient access.
• Represent UK HealthCare positively at on‑campus and off‑campus meetings.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold University guidelines.
