Senior Litigation Associate Attorney – Dallas, TX

Looking for a platform to showcase your litigation expertise?

Our client, a nationally recognized trial firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 6+ years of experience to join its Dallas office. This is an exceptional opportunity for seasoned attorneys who want meaningful work, trial exposure, and clear paths to partnership—all within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead litigation cases from start to finish with minimal oversight
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
Mentor junior associates while collaborating with an elite team of litigators

What We’re Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school (top third preferred)

6+ years of litigation experience (trial experience strongly preferred)

Ability to manage complex cases independently and strategically

Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $180,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Benefits : 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days

Discretionary profit sharing

Comprehensive health coverage (BlueCross BlueShield PPO)

HSA contribution : $1,200 annually

Generous PTO : 19–29 days with rollover options
