Key Responsibilities

Lead complex product design projects from conceptual models to UI design

Develop prototypes and patterns for scalable, consistent interfaces

Conduct user research to gain insights into customer needs and inform design solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product design, particularly in complex or enterprise-level software

Experience in security, data management, identity access, compliance, or platform design is highly valued

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Deep understanding of interaction and visual design, accessibility, and inclusive design principles

Expertise in design systems and strategic thinking
