A company is looking for a GBS Claim Operations Director, AI Solutions & Business Insights. Key Responsibilities Deliver analytic frameworks for business reviews and continuous improvement Develop and implement GenAI capabilities in daily operations Provide leadership with actionable insights through trend analysis and predictive modeling Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in the group insurance industry, preferably in claims 5+ years in a strategic role focused on operational efficiency and process optimization 5+ years of direct leadership experience, with a preference for Continuous Improvement leadership High school diploma required; BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred Proficiency with data utilization and advanced Excel capabilities
