The Role :

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling? Pinnacle Travel Group is looking for a Graphic Designer to bring our tourism brands to life through compelling design across print and digital formats.

In this hands-on role, you'll report directly to the Marketing Manager and work within a collaborative marketing team based in Hillarys Boat Harbour. From developing branding assets and marketing materials to assisting with new product launches and digital content, you’ll play a key role in shaping the visual identity of a growing portfolio of tourism businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled designer who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple touchpoints, from websites and videos to signage and social media content.

Key responsibilities :

• Design execution : Design and produce print and digital marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, signage, business proposals, social media assets and promotional videos.
• Brand development : Create brand assets such as logos, presentations, capability documents and style guides.
• Digital content creation : Assist with the design and development of websites, email campaigns and digital advertising assets.
• Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs ensuring branding consistency across all platforms and marketing communications.
• Flexible tasks : Be ready for ad hoc marketing and design activities that come with working in a growing tourism group.

About you :

You’re a visual storyteller who brings ideas to life through thoughtful design. You’re highly organised, detail-focused and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
