Retail Merchandiser Position

Join our team as a Retail Merchandiser, where you will play a key role in ensuring that product displays and shelves are organized and visually appealing in a dynamic retail environment. This position involves physically demanding tasks, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and constructing eye-catching displays in grocery stores and other high-traffic locations. You will be responsible for maintaining an orderly storage area and executing the movement of products from storage to sales floors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Efficiently merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays with products in assigned stores.
• Regularly rotate products to ensure freshness both on the shelf and in backrooms.
• Transport products from backroom storage to the sales floor as needed.
• Utilize various equipment such as U Boats, hand trucks, and pallet jacks for moving products.
• Set up promotional materials, including signs and banners, to enhance product visibility.
• Maintain a clean and organized backroom stock area.
• Communicate effectively with store managers and our management team regarding store operations.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel to facilitate smooth operations.
• Adhere to operating procedures, including scanning processes and designated routes.
• Service accounts at designated times, based on management's expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and attentiveness to customer needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing your own schedule.
• Utilize handheld devices for order writing and inputting.
• Ensure reliable and consistent attendance in your assigned role.
