Field Technician

We are seeking an IT Field Technician to join our End User Support team. This individual will work onsite at a primary facility and may occasionally travel to nearby locations as needed. The technician will support a variety of technology initiatives and provide daytoday assistance to end users.
The IT Field Technician will be responsible for, but not limited to:

* Supporting hardware refresh initiatives
* Assisting with Windows operating system upgrades
* Imaging and deploying new IT equipment
* Troubleshooting desktop, hardware, and software issues
* Providing onsite technical support to end users
***Previous experience in a healthcare environment is helpful but not required.***
The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable shifting between project tasks and daily support responsibilities.
Key Skills:

* Hardware support and repair
* Desktop troubleshooting
* Imaging and deployment
* Windows 10/11 support
* General IT support and customer service
* Basic Active Directory knowledge
Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of IT experience (field support preferred)
* ITrelated degree or equivalent technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
