Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)

Life Care Center of Puyallup is a long-term care and

post-acute care facility, well known for its extraordinary customer service,

retention. We are currently looking for a full-time and PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team.

Position Summary

The OT - Occupational Therapist provides direct rehab care in occupational therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
