About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to perform medical assessments for U.S. Veterans as part of the disability benefits process.
- Conduct in-person medical assessments for U.S. Veterans.
Review and analyze electronic medical records via a secure web portal.
Accurately document exam findings and complete required forms.
This role does not involve treatment or prescribing medication. Disability determinations are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, not by the provider.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person medical assessments for U.S. Veterans with average caseload of 4 per day.Analyze electronic medical records to inform assessment decisions.Accurately document exam findings and complete required forms in a timely manner.Position Details
Schedule : Part-Time, 3 days per week (Mon / Thu / Fri) from 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM.Location : In-person role with equipment provided, including computers and necessary tools for documentation.What We're Looking For
A compassionate Psychologist dedicated to supporting the Veteran community.Strong analytical skills to review medical records and assessment data.Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.Requirements
Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA Accredited program / school.Active and unrestricted Psychology license.Comfortable using technology to review records and complete documentation.Benefits
