Job description00am to Sunday 9 : 00pm Position Type : Full time, 35 hours per week guaranteed Compensation : $20.50 per hour Location : Twin cities metro area In this role you will be making a difference by : Delivering personalized care to adults with a wide range of support needs—including varying levels of behavior, medical conditions, and independence. Work flexibly across multiple programs, including 1 : 1 In-Home Support and our weekend Respite Program. Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal cares and maintaining a clean and supportive environment. Provide attentive supervision to ensure safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. Transport Individuals to appointments, outings, and events in the community using a company-provided vehicle (or personal vehicle as needed). Carry a valid driver’s license Proof of at least liability auto insurance in your name (even if you don’t own a car) Hold an acceptable driving record. Possess strong English communication skills. Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.) Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check. A company vehicle for all work and some personal use. ($100 monthly stipend if electing to use personal vehicle.) Generous health and dental insurance – with 50%–70% of premiums paid by PTC. Retirement plan with employer matching. - Program Support Professional III Schedule : You choose 3 weekdays (Monday–Friday) you're available to be scheduled to work between 2 : 00pm–9 : 00pm.
Every weekend, full availability is required from Saturday 8 :
