Salary : $235,000 - $250,000 base with quarterly bonus incentives

Sign On Bonus : $10,000

The opportunity for professional collaboration among our 50+ multi-disciplinary clinicians encompassing family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, ob / gyn, nurse midwifery, psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacy, and dentistry provides enhanced continuity of care for patients.

Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case / care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for clinicians and patients.

About this Role :

Internal Medicine Physician

Located in beautiful Martinsburg, West Virginia only 20mins from Virginia Border!

Have easy access to Winchester VA, Washington DC or Baltimore!

Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 : 30 - 5 : 00 ( Switch to 4-10 hour days after a few months )

Patients per day : 14-16

Follow all departmental policies and procedures

Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.

Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.

On call : 1 : 10 - Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.

Team Size : 3 MD's & 13 APP's

Background Desired :

Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine

Ability to hold a West Virginia state medical license
