Senior Private Equity Associate Attorney – Am Law 100 Firm About the Position :

Our client, a leading international law firm, has an active need for an experienced private equity lawyer (5-7 yrs of experience) to join its Corporate and Private Equity practice as a senior associate in Chicago. The attorneys in this practice focus on a variety of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, "going private" transactions and purchases of companies in or out of bankruptcy.
