Unit Overview : Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , providing care to a diverse and complex patient population.
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesCare for hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramHigh volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow casesAs part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , you'll gain exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Valid Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practiceBasic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the AHACompletion of an accredited Nursing programMinimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experienceRequirements :
Demonstrates holistic patient care and family-focused clinical assessment.Proficient in electronic medical records and communication tools.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively make critical, independent decisions.Strong teamwork and leadership skills in a clinical setting.Physical Requirements :
