JF Restaurants is seeking passionate and experienced Grill / Broil Cooks to join our esteemed culinary team at Hamlin House. This is a unique opportunity to grow within an award-winning restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute all food items and mise-en-place with precision and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Communicate effectively with Management regarding product quality and inventory levels.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency and purpose in all tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and restaurant standards.
• Ensure all the products and prepared items are properly labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated following FIFO (first in, first out)
• Perform station break-downs and deep cleaning duties with pride and professionalism.
